該聯動線主要由自動理瓶機、離子風氣洗瓶機、直線泵式灌裝機、磁力旋蓋機、電磁感應封口機、不干膠貼標機等多臺單機組成，主要用來完成大容量口服溶液劑產品的整理、清除塵埃粒子、計量灌裝、封口及貼標簽等工序，適用于塑料瓶，去除塵埃粒子，粘度高，比重大，旋緊力度大，瓶子易擦傷并且清洗要求高的產品。

This cleaning machine improves the product clarity and product qualification rate. The filling part realizes near-distance combination filling between the high-level jar and high-level stainless steel pump (big diameter, short distance, no dead corner design and suitability for plaster product). The capping machine screws up the cap with the magnetic force clutch. After filling, it can avoid drop and drawing and filling without a bottle.
